Product Information
It is designed for bonding applications that require fast fixturing coating or surface cure. The UV- and visible-light cure sensitivity allows rapid bonding through transparent parts and quick curing of light-exposed bulk or surface-coated areas, while the instant bonding capability ensures cure between opaque substrates (contact cure).

Directions For Use:
- Before applying Born2Bond Light Lock MV, make sure the surface is clean, dry and grease-free.
- Apply adhesive to one surface. Do not use items like tissues or a brush to spread the adhesive.
- Assemble the parts within a few seconds. The parts should be accurately positioned, as the short fixture time leaves little opportunity for adjustment.
- Bonds should be fixed or clamped until the adhesive has reached fixture.
- The product should be allowed to develop to full strength before subjecting it to any service loads (typically 24 to 72 hours after assembly, depending on bond gap, materials and ambient conditions).
Applications:
Typical applications for this product are conformal coating, encapsulation, needle bonding, perfume and liquor bottle metal bonding, electronics assembly, plastic to metal bonding for hearing aids, and glass to metal bonding for jewelry and watches.

Trade Counter is open weekdays from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, located at the front of our distribution centre.
Same-Day Collection available for orders placed before 3:00 pm.
Orders not collected within 7 working days will incur a 25% restocking fee. For international orders, this period is extended to 14 working days.

Door to Door
The freight zone is based upon the Fedex International Priority zones, used to calculate the shipping rate according to the destination country. Goods will be delivered at place as defined by INCOTERMS 2020.
FCA
Additional packing costs may apply if goods are to be shipped by Air Freight. They will be handed to the chosen carrier with the required paperwork according to the free carrier terms as set out in INCOTERMS 2020. Please note that you agree to pay the applicable carrier charges by agreeing to this delivery option.
