Product Information
Ardrox 6017 is a unique liquid cleaning/polishing compound specially formulated to be used on wet or dry aircraft surfaces, this means that Ardrox 6017 can be applied day or night, during periods of high humidity or dew, with no hazing problems - reducing aircraft downtime turnaround.
6017 is safe on painted and unpainted metal surfaces, it does not powder or dust. It leaves a high gloss shine on unpainted aluminium surfaces and restores painted surfaces to their original lustre.

Application:
Ardrox 6017 is easy to apply. Simply spray it on, wait a couple of minutes and wipe it off, removing soils, oxides and exhaust tracks. - Apply Ardrox 6017 sparingly by non-atomising spray and allow sufficient dwell time to penetrate and loosen surface dirt. On areas of heavy or stubborn contamination the product may be agitated with Non Abrasive Nylon Web Hand Pads.
- The area should then be buffed to a lustre with Lint Free Anti-Static Buffing Pads or Bonnets.
Note:
where it is anticipated that customs/security labels may need to be placed on baggage bay doors, etc, a small area on the door and adjacent surrounding structure should be left untreated to promote adhesion of the label.
