Product Information
Socogel B0202 is a sol-gel developed from a technology licensed by Boeing. After application, the sol-gel solution forms a high performance hybrid coating, which enhances the adhesion of paint systems on metals and alloys such as aluminium, titanium and stainless steel.
Socogel B0202 performance complies with current aeronautical requirements and is an interesting alternative to chromate conversion technologies that are recognised as highly harmful for workers (classification H350: may cause cancer) which generates increasing waste treatment costs (baths, effluents). Socogel B0202 is also more economical in terms of operating costs and effluent treatment, because no rinsing is required after application.

Trade Counter is open weekdays from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, located at the front of our distribution centre.
Same-Day Collection available for orders placed before 3:00 pm.
Orders not collected within 7 working days will incur a 25% restocking fee. For international orders, this period is extended to 14 working days.

Door to Door
The freight zone is based upon the Fedex International Priority zones, used to calculate the shipping rate according to the destination country. Goods will be delivered at place as defined by INCOTERMS 2020.
FCA
Additional packing costs may apply if goods are to be shipped by Air Freight. They will be handed to the chosen carrier with the required paperwork according to the free carrier terms as set out in INCOTERMS 2020. Please note that you agree to pay the applicable carrier charges by agreeing to this delivery option.
