Product Information

Bonderite L-FGFB-412 (formerly known as Acheson Deltaglaze) is a dispersion of a specially developed, rigorously controlled glass frit in water. It has been designed for uncomplicated application of a protective lubricant coating onto titanium and super alloy billets for forging and extrusion.

The product has been specifically designed for dip application. Fused BONDERITE L-FG FB 412 ACHESON coatings assist lubrication during high temperature forming operations in combination with compatible BONDERITE die lubricants. BONDERITE L-FG FB 412 ACHESON is environmentally friendly. It does not contain solvents, and the glass frit is lead free.

  • Protects titanium billets in the furnace up to four times longer than conventional lead based glazes
  • Is lead free and solvent free
  • Assists to control metal flow
  • Reduces heat loss from the billet surface

Trade Counter is open weekdays from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, located at the front of our distribution centre.

Same-Day Collection available for orders placed before 3:00 pm.

Orders not collected within 7 working days will incur a 25% restocking fee. For international orders, this period is extended to 14 working days.

Door to Door

The freight zone is based upon the Fedex International Priority zones, used to calculate the shipping rate according to the destination country. Goods will be delivered at place as defined by INCOTERMS 2020.

FCA

Additional packing costs may apply if goods are to be shipped by Air Freight. They will be handed to the chosen carrier with the required paperwork according to the free carrier terms as set out in INCOTERMS 2020. Please note that you agree to pay the applicable carrier charges by agreeing to this delivery option.
