3M Scotch-Weld Metal Bonder Acrylic Adhesive DP8407NS is a grey structural adhesive with high overlap shear and peel strength with good impact resistance and durability. This adhesive was designed to bond permanently to bare metals with minimal surface preparation and resisting corrosion, but also bonds well to a wide variety of other materials, including most plastics.

This product withstands powder coat and paint bake cycles up to 400°F (204°C) for at least one hour, offering high shear, peel and impact strength for a tough and durable bond. Its bond strength and impact resistance is effective even at temperatures as low as -40°C (-40°F), and its moderate non-sag formula will not slump or spread excessively.
It is ideal for industrial applications with minimal surface preparation, such as slightly oily metal bonding.
