This product is a safe replacement for low flash points and hazardous liquid solvent degreasers. It is residue-free surface preparation without flammable or loose liquids no risk of drips, slips or spills associated with liquid applications. The measured quantity of solvent per wipe removes the risk of excess solvent consumption. The controlled application provides reliable cleaning capabilities and evaporation rates. Furthermore, its evaporation reduces VOC emissions when replacing fast evaporating solvent cleaners non-corrosive on metals, plastics, painted surfaces, rubber, electrics and electronic components.
The use of pre-saturated wipes provides advantages to the user compared to using loose solvent with cloths, such as the standardisation of cleaning and preparation operations, improving quality and production line performance, lowering the quantity of product used, and reducing waste, VOCs and the quantity of solvent released into the atmosphere. There is no risk of accidental spillage of drums full of flammable liquids.
