Due to the combination of boron nitride and titanium dioxide, it forms an insulating film that favors the castability of metal, it allows to control the cooling and to favor the passage of the metal in the form by means of the excellent lubricating qualities and of the release agent.
The coating is abrasion resistant, has good adhesion to the shape and is resistant to temperatures up to 1100 degrees preserving the molds from wear.
It is white and produces a brilliant and clean casting. Designed for use in the low pressure foundry of aluminum alloys.
