On high tension cables this coating serves as a test electrode for detecting insulating defects, on telephone cables it serves to avoid electrical interference. BONDERITE L-GP T 144 ACHESON gives a smooth, water resistant coating. The product can be applied on poly-ethylene and P.V.C. sheaths.
