Fast cure product designed for sealing integral fuel tanks and pressurized cabins, and which enables protection of inside and outside surfaces. HTS 9410 class S is especially recommended for antigrav protection for landing gear. It was developed for use over a temperature range of - 55°C to + 120°C and with outstanding resistance to aircraft fuels (aviation gasoline or jet fuel), petroleum base lubrificating oils, and all aeronautic fluids.
HTS 9410 class S is a three-part polysulfide liquid polymer (base, solvent, accelerator).The mixed compound is a fluid consistency which can be applied by spray. After mixing, it cures at ambient temperature, giving a strong and flexible sealant. It has excellent adhesion to aluminium, titanium, stainless steel, and to a wide range of paints.
