When ordering products that contain SVHCs, the process differs from our usual one. To order these products, follow these steps.
Add the product to your basket as normal and proceed to the basket once all the relevant items have been added. Products that contain SVHCs will be clearly defined in the basket.
Once you are happy with your basket proceed to the secure checkout and follow the usual steps, select your delivery address, choose your delivery option.
As part of the current process, you will now see a unique checkout step called 'SVHC Acknowledgement'. You will be required to read and acknowledge the documents relating to the affected products. Once you have read the documents tick the box and click continue.
If you do not tick the box, you will not be able to proceed with your order
Review and confirm your order as normal. Products containing SVHCs will be clearly defined on the review confirmation screen and in your email confirmation.
