Product Information

This mineral oil-based fluid features micronized particles of both metal and non-metal fillers, delivering exceptional lubrication and safeguarding to threaded components. It boasts a remarkable resistance to temperatures as high as 650°C (1202°F) and provides effective defence against chemical corrosion and atmospheric oxidation. Furthermore, this fluid formulation is devoid of copper, lead, sulphides, fluorides, and chlorides, making it a safe and eco-friendly choice. Its versatility extends to application on all types of studs, nuts, bolts, and threaded connections, encompassing critical components like turbine casing studs, burner nozzles, boiler inspection points, and furnace bolts.

This product is thoughtfully engineered for situations where the presence of copper may trigger galvanic corrosion concerns, offering a reliable solution. It not only ensures consistent friction between threads but also shields against problems such as galling and seizures, simplifying the assembly of tightly toleranced components.
