Applications:
- Applications where improved metal-to-metal lubricity (compared to other Dow Corning brand silicone compounds) is needed
- To help prevent arcing and flashovers on insulators and bushings
- As a contact lubricant on high-voltage equipment
- To lubricate static and dynamic O-ring seals in hot-melt adhesive equipment
- To help prevent rust and corrosion on insulator threads and bolts; also helps in removal of insulators and hardware for replacement
- As a water-repellent filling material to help prevent moisture from travelling inside the rubber jacket of the service entrance cable (can be injected using a grease gun with a needle-type nozzle)
- To help prevent oxidation and corrosion on contacts and band-tightening screws of socket-type watt-hour meters

Trade Counter is open weekdays from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, located at the front of our distribution centre.
Same-Day Collection available for orders placed before 3:00 pm.
Orders not collected within 7 working days will incur a 25% restocking fee. For international orders, this period is extended to 14 working days.

Door to Door
The freight zone is based upon the Fedex International Priority zones, used to calculate the shipping rate according to the destination country. Goods will be delivered at place as defined by INCOTERMS 2020.
FCA
Additional packing costs may apply if goods are to be shipped by Air Freight. They will be handed to the chosen carrier with the required paperwork according to the free carrier terms as set out in INCOTERMS 2020.
