Product Information
RTV11, RTV21 and RTV41 silicone rubber compounds are general purpose two-part silicone elastomers. They are supplied ready-to-use with a base compound and DBT(dibutyl tin dilaurate) as the standard curing agent. DBT is suitable for most applications, however other catalysts are available to facilitate deep section cure, faster cure and automated mixing.

- FDA compliance - RTV11 and RTV41 silicone rubber compounds can be used in food contact applications other than contact with acidic foods where FDA regulations apply.

- Retention of elastomeric properties at temperatures from -54°C (-65°F) up to 204°C (400°F) continuously, and up to 260°C (500°F) for short periods of time.
DBT:
Several different curing agents are available for two-component RTV silicone rubber compounds to provide a choice of cure speed, mixing ratio, or deep section cure. DBT (dibutyl tin dilaurate) and STO (stannous tin octoate) are clear, easily pourable liquids. RTV9950 is a white paste, RTV9910 is a beige paste, and RTV9811 is a beige pourable paste. All are based on metal soaps. These curing agents are appropriate to use with the following Momentive Performance Materials products: RTV11, RTV21, RTV31, RTV41, RTV60, RTV88, RTV511, RTV560, and RTV577.

Door to Door
The freight zone is based upon the Fedex International Priority zones, used to calculate the shipping rate according to the destination country. Goods will be delivered at place as defined by INCOTERMS 2020.
FCA
Additional packing costs may apply if goods are to be shipped by Air Freight. They will be handed to the chosen carrier with the required paperwork according to the free carrier terms as set out in INCOTERMS 2020. Please note that you agree to pay the applicable carrier charges by agreeing to this delivery option.
