Product Information

The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage due to shock and vibration. It exhibits a robust curing performance. The product also works on passive substrates and offers high-temperature performance and good oil tolerance.

Features of 648:

  • No mixing Required
  • Low viscosity
  • Anaerobic cure
  • High Strength

Applications:

  • Holding gears and sprockets onto gearbox shafts and rotors on electric motor shafts
  • Provides robust curing performance. It not only works on activemetals (e.g. mild steel) but also on passive substrates such asstainless steel and plated surfaces
