It is a highly effective primer, bonding agent, dustproofer and may also be used as an adhesive. EVO-STIK General Purpose PVA is economical and suitable for interior use in dry service conditions only. For damp or external situations use EVO-STIK Waterproof PVA or Bostik SBR.
