DOWSIL DS-1000 Aqueous Silicone Cleaner has been specifically developed to solubilise and remove silicone oils, leaving a silicone-free surface.

The recommended usage level for DOWSIL DS-1000 Aqueous Silicone Cleaner is a 10% aqueous solution, offering effective cleaning through three primary methods: immersion of the equipment in the solution, recirculation of the solution via piping, or recirculation through a spray nozzle. Following the cleaning process, it's essential to perform a rinsing step, and additional standard sanitisation procedures can be pursued as deemed necessary.

This aqueous solution serves as an effective degreaser, proficiently emulsifying silicone oils, greases, and uncured elastomers across various applications. Specifically designed as an aqueous cleaner for uncured silicone residue, it boasts non-flammable properties, ensuring safety during usage.
