This product is a non-woven, white, viscose wipe with a weight of 60 gr/m².

Diestone ZERO HD contains no harmful constituents, chlorinated hydrocarbons or benzenes. It has zero VOCs (according to European regulation), zero fire risk and zero transport constraints. It has no hazard classification, relating to toxicity or ecotoxicity, and lacks all substances that are carcinogenic, mutagenic, or toxic to reproduction.

Boasting low odour and minimal evaporation loss, it is compatible with most synthetic resins (e.g. epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic) and is non-corrosive on light alloys, coated or uncoated composites, and bare, protected or painted metal. It may be used for cleaning application equipment, or degreasing and cleaning metal or composite parts.

The use of pre-saturated wipes provides advantages to the user compared to using loose solvent with cloths, such as the standardisation of cleaning and preparation operations, improving quality and production line performance, lowering the quantity of product used, and reducing waste, VOCs and the quantity of solvent released into the atmosphere. There is no risk of accidental spillage of drums full of flammable liquids.
