This has specific insulating properties developed to ensure effective control of cooling. Bonderite L-CA-CG-545 is an insulating coating which forms a tough, durable lining that prevents the molten metal from cooling too quickly and facilitates the production of high quality castings.

It is particularly suitable for castings with large surface areas and low thickness, which require excellent liquid metal flow properties.
