International Delivery Options
Silmid offers global shipping for transactions made in Euros, US Dollars, or British Pounds. For detailed information on shipping options, please refer to the guidelines below.
Export Delivery Options
Export delivery options are available subject to items in basket and delivery destinations, prices are calculated at checkout.
Door to Door
The freight zone is based upon the Fedex International Priority zones, used to calculate the shipping rate according to the destination country. Goods will be delivered at place as defined by INCOTERMS 2020.
FCA
Additional packing costs may apply if goods are to be shipped by Air Freight. They will be handed to the chosen carrier with the required paperwork according to the free carrier terms as set out in INCOTERMS 2020. Please note that you agree to pay the applicable carrier charges by agreeing to this delivery option.

What is International "Door to Door" Shipping?
International customers now have the convenience of selecting Direct Shipping from Silmid via FedEx. The shipping costs to your designated delivery address will be calculated, and Silmid will handle all packing and shipping arrangements. This service is available for all non-hazardous shipments globally, and for select hazardous shipments to certain countries*.
To place an order, simply find the product you need, add it to your shopping basket, and proceed to checkout.
In the "Delivery Options" section, you will see a menu of available choices, please choose either:
*DAP (Incoterms 2020) for international door to door service managed by Silmid
*FCA (Incoterms 2020) to have your shipment export packed and ready for collection by your chosen carrier

Which countries can Sil-Mid ship hazardous goods to?
Silmid.com partners with FedEx as a primary partner and so the following countries are supported for Hazardous Goods.
What does Unsupported Country mean?
On occasion, you may encounter an Unsupported Country error when trying to checkout online. This is because there are certain limitations imposed by carriers and international trading rules that mean the country you have selected is Unsupported.
How is VAT managed for international customers?
For customers within the EU who provide a valid VAT Number, VAT will not be applied to your order. However, if you choose to have your order delivered to a UK address, VAT will be charged until you submit a valid proof of export, such as an Airway Bill.
How much does packing and delivery cost?
The checkout process on Silmid.com will advise packing and delivery charges taking into consideration all items and shipping requirements. The total cost of your online order will encompass all packing and documentation fees.
Our IATA, ADR, and IMDG certified International Sales team meticulously handles all packing in-house, which enables us to ship our products to any location via air, road, or sea.
Alternatively, you can choose to arrange collection with a freight forwarder of your choice from the Sil-Mid Warehouse.

Every international shipment is provided with a Document Pack included within the package. This pack contains:
- Silmid Certificate of Conformity
- Commercial Invoice
- Dangerous Goods Declaration (if required)
- OEM certificates can be provided for an additional charge, please indicate your requirement on your order.
