It is an easy-to-use, economical and inexpensive product for visual flaw inspection, providing results rapidly and effectively. It's a fast-drying,non-corrosive powerful degreasing solvent blend free of 1,1,1-trichloroethane or other chlorinated solvents for removing dirt, grime and contaminants. The product rapidly removes grease, oil, lubricants, tar, and adhesives while leaving no unwanted residue.
It is designed for pre-treatment of the surface prior to liquid penetrant inspection and to remove all visible, coloured traces of the penetrant.
The product is ideal for checking for porosity or leaks in pipes, tanks, boilers, and heat exchangers. It can also help highlight discontinuities, folds and cracks in castings, forgings and ceramics.
