Metal Foil Tapes
Metal foil tapes (also known as Aluminium foil tapes) are used in the Aerospace, Metal finishing, Appliance and Automotive markets.
Metal foil tapes are required to be moisture and chemical resistant to help seal and protect many sensitive assemblies and surfaces. To maximise efficiency of heating or cooling the tapes need to be thermally conductive but also they need to be flame resistant to help protect parts from flame damage. Metal foil tapes that are heat and light reflective also help protect plastic components from heat damage as well as help improve visibility by magnifying light sources.
